Thank you for choosing Prismika to capture your most treasured moments. These Terms of Service are designed to help set clear expectations and ensure a smooth and joyful experience for all our clients. By proceeding with a booking, you agree to the following terms:
1. Booking & Payment
- To confirm your booking, a 30% non-refundable booking fee is required at the time of reservation. This secures your session date and time.
- The remaining balance must be paid on or before the day of the shoot.
- Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment and acceptance of these terms.
2. Rescheduling & Cancellations
- We understand that life can be unpredictable, especially with little ones! You may reschedule your session up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled shoot time without any penalty.
- For rescheduling within 72 hours, or in case of cancellation, the booking fee will be retained, and a new booking may require an additional fee.
- No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in forfeiture of the session and associated payments.
3. Deliverables & Timelines
We are committed to delivering your memories in a timely and professional manner:
- Unedited Photos: A private digital gallery with all unedited images will be shared within 24 hours of shoot completion (defined as full payment received).
- Edited Photos: Once you select your favorite images for editing, we will deliver the final edited photos within 15 days.
- Print Products: Physical products such as albums and framed prints will be delivered within 30 days of edited photo delivery.
- We’ll communicate each next step and send reminders if we need any input from your side (like image selections).
4. Image Retention Policy
- We keep your unedited and edited images safely stored for 60 days after the shoot date.
- We recommend downloading and backing up your files promptly once received.
5. Customer Experience & Communication
- We are here for you! Every customer query or request will receive a response within 24 hours during business days.
- We strive to provide a friendly, welcoming environment and expect the same courtesy from all clients.
6. Image Rights & Usage
- All images and videos taken during the session are the copyrighted property of Prismika.
- Clients receive high-resolution digital files with personal usage rights (such as printing, sharing with family, or posting on personal social media).
- We respectfully reserve the right to use selected images for promotional purposes, including on our website, social media, and portfolios, unless the client explicitly opts out in writing prior to the shoot.
7. Safety & Conduct
- Our studio and team maintain the highest standards of hygiene and safety, especially for newborn and toddler shoots.
- We request clients and their guests to cooperate respectfully with our staff for the best experience.
8. Limitations & Liability
- While we do everything to ensure the best outcome, Prismika is not liable for unforeseen delays or issues due to circumstances beyond our control (such as technical failures, extreme weather, or health emergencies).

1. Information We Collect
We collect information to provide better services to all our users. This includes:
- Personal Information: When you fill out a form or book a session, we collect personal details such as:
- Name
- Phone Number
- Email Address
- Maternity Due Date or Baby’s Date of Birth (for scheduling purposes)
- Physical Address (if albums/products are shipped)
- Visual Data: Photographs and videos captured during your session.
- Technical Data: We automatically collect information about your device, IP address, browser type, and browsing behavior using cookies and similar technologies.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your data for the following legitimate business purposes:
- Service Delivery: To schedule shoots, deliver edited photos, and communicate booking updates.
- Marketing & Promotions: To send you offers or updates about our services (only if you have opted in).
- Google Ads & Analytics: To analyze website traffic and show relevant ads to you on other websites (Remarketing).
- Portfolio Display: To showcase our artistic work on our website and social media (subject to the “Images of Minors” clause below).
3. Images of Minors & Model Release
Given our specialization in Newborn and Toddler photography, we treat images of minors with extreme care.
- Default Usage: As the copyright owner, Prismika reserves the right to use selected images for our professional portfolio (website, Instagram, etc.) to demonstrate our work to future clients.
- Privacy Option: If you do not wish for your child’s images to be shared online, you must inform us in writing before the shoot. We respect your privacy and will sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) upon request (additional fees may apply for NDA bookings).
4. Third-Party Services & Cookies (Google Ads Mandate)
Our website uses third-party services, including Google Analytics and Google Ads, to improve user experience.
- Cookies: Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your past visits to our website.
- Opt-Out: You can opt-out of Google’s use of cookies for personalized advertising by visiting Google’s Ad Settings.
5. Data Protection & Retention
- Security: We use secure servers and standard encryption to protect your data.
- Photo Retention:
- Raw Images: We do not retain unselected raw images. They are permanently deleted after the selection process is complete.
- Edited Images: We retain final edited images for a limited period (e.g., 6 months to 1 year) as a backup for you. After this period, they may be deleted from our archives to free up space.
6. Sharing of Information
We never sell your personal data. We only share necessary data with trusted third parties for specific tasks:
- Printing Labs: To print your albums or frames.
- Courier Partners: To deliver physical products to your address.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Prismika (registered as Prismika Imaginations LLP), we understand that life with a newborn or during pregnancy can be unpredictable. Our cancellation and rescheduling policy is designed to be fair to you while protecting the time and livelihood of our photographers.
By booking a session with us, you agree to the following terms:
1. Booking & Payment Terms
- Booking Advance: To secure your slot, a non-refundable booking advance (typically 30% to 50% of the total package value) is required.
- Slot Reservation: Once this advance is paid, we stop accepting other clients for that specific date and time. Therefore, this amount covers our opportunity cost and administrative expenses.
- Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be paid on or before the day of the shoot. We reserve the right to withhold services or final edited images if full payment is not received.
2. Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your booking entirely, the following charges apply:
- Cancellation 7 days or more before the shoot:
- The Booking Advance is non-refundable.
- However, you may transfer this advance to a friend or family member for a shoot within 3 months.
- Cancellation within 48 hours of the shoot:
- The Booking Advance is forfeited completely.
- No transfer or credit note will be issued, as we cannot fill the slot at such short notice.
3. Rescheduling Policy (Maternity & Newborn Specials)
We know babies arrive on their own schedule! We offer flexibility for medical or birth-related changes.
- Medical/Birth Emergencies: If the baby arrives early/late or if there is a medical emergency, you may reschedule once for free, provided you inform us at least 12 hours before the scheduled time.
- Non-Emergency Rescheduling: For other reasons (e.g., personal delays, guests unavailable), a rescheduling fee of ₹2,000 will apply if the request is made less than 3 days before the shoot.
- No-Show: If you do not arrive at the studio/location within 45 minutes of the scheduled start time without notice, the session will be considered cancelled, and the full booking amount will be forfeited.
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only processed under the following specific circumstances:
- Service Failure: If Prismika cancels the shoot due to our own technical failure, photographer illness, or unforeseen circumstances, we will issue a 100% refund of the booking amount.
- Data Loss: In the extremely rare event of a technical failure (e.g., memory card corruption) resulting in permanent loss of images, a full refund of the amount paid will be issued. Our liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the session.
Note: Refunds are NOT issued for:
- Subjective dissatisfaction with the artistic style (please review our portfolio before booking).
- Non-cooperation of the baby/toddler during the shoot (we try our best, but we cannot force a baby to pose).
5. Refund Processing Timeline
- If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- The amount will be credited back to the original method of payment (Bank Transfer/UPI/Credit Card).
