The ideal time for newborn photography is within the first 5-14 days after birth. During this time, babies are sleepier and more flexible, making it easier to capture those adorable curled-up poses. However, we’re happy to photograph newborns up to 4 weeks old!
Session lengths vary by type: Maternity sessions typically last 30-45 minutes, newborn sessions can take 2-3 hours (we work at baby’s pace for feeding and soothing), and toddler sessions are usually 45-60 minutes. We never rush – your comfort is our priority.
We provide detailed wardrobe guides before your session. For maternity, we recommend flowing dresses or gowns in neutral or pastel colors; we also provide a range of beautiful maternity gowns on rent for your convenience. For family shots, coordinated colors (not matching) work best. We provide all wraps, props, and outfits for newborns.
Yes! We have an extensive collection of props, wraps, headbands, blankets, and outfits for newborns and toddlers. For maternity sessions, we have a selection of gowns available. You’re also welcome to bring your own meaningful items.
We ensure a timely delivery process: you will receive your raw images for selection within 48 hours of the session. Once you have made your final choices, your professionally edited high-resolution photos will be delivered within 3 weeks. For any physical products or albums, delivery is completed within 30 days of your final selection.
Absolutely! We offer outdoor sessions for maternity and toddler photography at beautiful locations. Weather permitting, outdoor sessions can add a natural, magical touch to your photos. Studio sessions are recommended for newborns due to temperature and safety considerations.
We understand that plans can change, especially with newborns! You can reschedule your session up to 48 hours before your appointment without penalty. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a new booking date within 6 months.
Yes! We love capturing the whole family. Family and sibling shots are included in some of our packages. For packages where they are not included, these sessions can easily be customized with a family add-on. These shared moments are often the most treasured photos from the day.
We provide a detailed preparation guide upon booking. Generally, keep baby awake for 1-2 hours before the session, feed right before arrival, and dress them in loose clothing. For newborns, a warm, full tummy leads to the sleepiest, happiest baby!
Yes! While all our packages include digital downloads, we also offer premium prints, canvases, and custom photo albums. These can be ordered through your online gallery or discussed during your session.
